The ideal candidate should have a degree in construction, project management, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in M&E, FM, or construction. This position offers exposure to end-to-end project delivery in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years proven project management experience in M&E, FM, or construction.
• Working towards or holding a professional accreditation (e.g. RICS, APM) is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery of construction and fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Manage programme, cost, quality, and risk to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Coordinate design, procurement, and construction activities within an integrated team.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage contractor and supplier performance, driving accountability and high standards.
