Une organisation à but non lucratif basée à Le Havre cherche un Encadrant Insertion Repasserie pour superviser les activités d'un nouveau Village, incluant une Repasserie et un magasin Ressourcerie. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 2 ans d'expérience en gestion d'équipe et sera responsable de la pédagogie des employés en transition tout en optimisant les opérations. Un contrat à durée déterminée de 6 mois est proposé, avec un salaire mensuel brut entre 2000 et 2205 euros.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 ans d'expérience pertinente.
  • Diplôme équivalent Bac+2 requis.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer l'équipe de 20 employés en transition professionnelle.
  • Co-gérer le magasin de Ressourcerie.
  • Assurer la communication efficace avec les partenaires.

Encadrant Insertion Repasserie / Cogestion Ressourcerie (H/F)

Within a structure dedicated to economic activity insertion, you will work closely with CIP, technical supervisors, the Coordination team, management, and social, training, and employment partners. We are seeking an experienced Manager for the creation of our new Village, which includes a Repasserie (clothing ironing service for individuals) and a Ressourcerie Store (sale of second-hand textiles, objects, and furniture).

You will be responsible for managing around twenty employees in professional transition, supporting them pedagogically towards employment, and helping them develop skills in the village activities, which include:

  1. Overseeing the ironing services for individuals
  2. Co-managing the Ressourcerie Store (sale of second-hand items)

You will ensure effective communication and quality output both internally and with partners and clients. Organized and proactive, you will steer the village's activities and possess strong planning skills.

Key Skills and Requirements
  • Successful management experience is essential
  • Continuous improvement of activities:
    • Participation in supporting professional insertion; certified by the "Sève Emploi" system
    • Work organization, team skills development, and behavioral knowledge
    • Rigorous team management within internal rules and insertion policies
    • Development and planning of production programs
    • Regular evaluation of team members through monthly individual reviews
    • Implementation of corrective action plans

Work Conditions: Tuesday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Contract Details
