hana group is seeking a Mobile Chef Manager for the morning shift at Low hall, Walthamstow. The role is full-time and permanent, offering hourly compensation between GBP 13.5 and GBP 15.5. The candidate must have own vehicle with milage paid and will cover Essex, Cambridge and Suffolk/Norfolk.

• Maintain audit standards for food and health & safety
• Ensure high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site
• Place weekly orders, manage daily stock rotation and monthly stock take
• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish
• Label products accurately ensuring allergen compliance

This role requires your own vehicle and milage will be paid

You will be covering, Essex, Cambridge, Suffolk/ Norfolk

Able to:

• - maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations during cover
• - Ensuring the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers, our clients and ourselves when covering a site
• - Highly organised, with a focus on forward planning
• - Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
• - Accurately labelling products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift.
• - Be a skilled multitasker who has experience of placing weekly orders, daily stock rotation and producing monthly stock take.
• - An early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days
• - Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered
