Job Description:
  • Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in internal communications, employer branding, or related roles in the tech industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful internal communication and employer branding strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with collaborative tools and platforms.
  • Fluent in French and English.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for internal communications and employer branding aligned with company objectives and culture.
  • Employer Branding: Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, enhance our reputation on platforms like Glassdoor, and support HR in fostering a positive employee experience.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content, including posts, videos, newsletters, and digital content, to showcase company culture and promote employer brand initiatives.
  • Internal Communications: Lead the development and execution of internal communication plans to ensure clear messaging across all channels, including Slack and internal events.
  • Collaboration: Partner with HR and other departments to align initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Measurement and Analysis: Establish KPIs and analyze data to evaluate and improve communication and branding strategies.

As part of our growing communications team, we seek a talented Employer Brand Lead to shape our company's culture, enhance employee engagement, and strengthen our employer brand. Reporting to the Head of Content & Sustainability Communications, you will manage internal communications and employer branding initiatives through employee advocacy.

Candidate Profile:
  • Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-8+ years of relevant experience in the tech industry.
  • Proven success in developing and executing internal communication and employer branding strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented and creative.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with collaborative tools and platforms.
  • Fluent in French and English.
