Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le renforcement de l'engagement des employés et la promotion de l'image de marque de l'employeur. Ce poste, basé à Paris, exige un niveau élevé de créativité, d'excellence en communication et une solide expérience dans le domaine.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 ans d'expérience en communications internes ou en marque employeur.
  • Capacité à penser de manière critique et à résoudre des problèmes.
  • Bilingue français et anglais.

  • 5-8+ years of experience in internal communications, employer branding, or related roles in the tech industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful internal communication and employer branding strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with collaborative tools and platforms.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for internal communications and employer branding aligned with company objectives and culture.
  • Employer Branding: Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, enhance our reputation as an employer of choice on platforms such as Glassdoor, and support HR to foster a positive employee experience.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content, including posts, videos, newsletters, and digital content, to showcase our company culture, highlight employee stories, and promote employer brand initiatives.
  • Internal Communications: Lead the development and execution of internal communication plans to ensure clear and consistent messaging across all channels, including Slack channels, and internal events.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with HR and other departments to align internal communications and employer branding initiatives with broader organizational goals and initiatives.
  • Measurement and Analysis: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of internal communications and employer branding efforts, and regularly analyze data to inform future strategies.
