Job Overview

The EMEA TECH DWH Offering Lead will be responsible for defining DWH offerings and supervising all related initiatives for our EMEA clients. The candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert supporting both sales activities for business development and project delivery teams.

Essential Functions

1. Define offerings related to IQVIA DWH technologies.
2. Contribute to RFP responses and other business development activities, shaping solutions and estimating effort, cost, and timelines.
3. Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
4. Support project managers with scope, schedule, and cost changes.
5. Align regularly with the IQVIA Product team to understand new features and influence product enhancements and roadmaps.
6. Supervise all EMEA DWH initiatives, collaborating with project managers and monitoring progress, risks, and issues.
7. Support delivery as SME, engaging directly with clients.
8. Recommend improvements and define actions to enhance internal processes.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related technical discipline.
2. More than 8 years of experience in consulting or as a product owner/project manager for DWH initiatives, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
3. Strong project management and relationship-building skills.
4. Subject matter expertise in managing DWH projects.
5. Excellent understanding of DWH architectures and processes.
6. Good knowledge of DWH tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, Informatica, etc.
7. Ability to work effectively with teams across the organization to achieve goals.
8. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
9. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
