The role requires fluency in French and English, a track record in multi-site retail IT delivery, and strong leadership across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in regional IT operations or IT service management.
• Experience coordinating IT delivery in a multi-site retail environment is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and security best practices.
• Experience leading regional IT projects and local implementations of global technology initiatives.
• Ability to use data and KPIs to optimize services and deliver measurable results.
• Experience working in global, fast paced, and multicultural environments.
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead across teams without direct authority.
• Fluency in French and English. Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee regional IT operations and monitor service performance across EMEA Southwest.
• Coordinate IT readiness for store openings, refurbishments, relocations, and closures.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into IT demand and track prioritized requirements.
• Lead regional IT projects and local rollouts of global initiatives with budgets and timelines.
• Manage regional vendor performance and the IT budget lifecycle, including forecasting.
• Implement global IT policies, security requirements, and operating procedures across the region.
• Drive continuous improvement and service quality using metrics and feedback.
