You will lead Go Team actions, coordinate across countries, supervise performance governance, and coach Country Quality Managers to raise quality maturity, while travel and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Strong background in Quality Management, Operations, or Audit roles.
• Solid understanding of QMS, audits, and CAPA processes.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits and follow-up of findings.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with an operational approach.
• Ability to work autonomously in a regional, multicultural environment.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive QMS deployment across the EMEA region, ensuring consistent interpretation and sustainable application at country level.
• Coordinate country-level gap analyses, support implementation plans, and perform health checks to validate real practice vs. paper compliance.
• Support and co-execute internal audits, ensure root-cause analysis and verified corrective actions.
• Provide primary regional support to Country Quality Managers to improve governance and execution of quality activities.
• Deliver structured governance and reporting on regional Quality execution for leadership decisions.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Operations, Aviation, or a related field
