Airbus Defence and Space SAS in Toulouse seeks an Engineering Quality Manager (m/f) to join the Quality Transversal Connected Intelligence team. You will assure an efficient quality management system to enable the division to deliver sustainable end-to-end quality products and services, supporting engineering projects to develop and implement technical solutions on time, on cost and on quality.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of professional experience in quality environment.
• Autonomous and proactive way of working.
• Prolound communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in program and project management would be a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, AQAP quality management system.
• Knowledge of engineering processes and best practice.
• Knowledge of auditing processes and systems.
• Knowledge of process frameworks e.g. CMMI, V-model would be a plus.
• Experience of performing within a multi-functional team environment.
• Languages: Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Plan, implement and follow-up activities to assure that the design, controls, methods and techniques in a project result in a satisfactory level of quality in a product/service according to requirements.
• Assure technical requirements are documented, baselined and understood by the engineering project team.
• Assure engineering project teams perform all the quality controls and engineering reviews required in the engineering and quality plans.
• Assure problems reports, any non-conformities to technical requirements are captured, followed and resolved.
• Assure verification and validation test plans are developed and test environment created. Facilitate test readiness reviews and test review boards.
• Facilitate lessons learnt review with the engineering project team and support the implementation of improvement actions.
• Develop Quality management and software quality assurance plans for new projects and assure that the engineering plans and work packages adequately cover the work breakdown structure defined by the project team and the product breakdown structure defined by the system architect.
