Stryker is seeking a Regulatory Affairs / Post-Market Surveillance professional to join our international team. You will support regulatory reporting, field actions, and post-market activities across EMEA to ensure products remain safe and compliant.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field and at least 4 years of relevant experience, you will collaborate with regulatory, quality, and commercial teams while translating complex requirements into practical actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Post-Market Surveillance, or a related medical device environment.
• Knowledge of Medical Device Regulations, post-market surveillance requirements, and quality management systems.
• Experience supporting regulatory reporting, product field actions, complaints, or post-market surveillance processes.

Responsabilités

• Execute post-market surveillance activities per regulations, quality requirements, and procedures.
• Coordinate product field actions and commercial hold activities across the EMEA region.
• Manage regulatory notifications and submissions to competent authorities.
• Monitor regulatory developments and post-market surveillance intelligence.
• Support country and regional teams to ensure operational continuity.
• Analyze performance data, prepare metrics and reports, and provide insights.
• Develop and deliver training materials to support compliance and knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Contribute to process improvements, system implementations, and integration activities.
