Responsibilities
- Build a regional business growth strategy aligned with the global annual operating plan, collaborating with Business Segment Leads, Strategic Marketing Leads, and Regional GMs.
- Translate the growth strategy into measurable marketing initiatives that generate demand, accelerate market entry, and expand in new territories.
- Design and implement a Regional New Product Introduction (NPI) model, defining key milestones, assembling a cross-functional team, and regularly evaluating market acceptance and value.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights, including win/loss analysis, customer segmentation, and trend reports, to support regional expansion and inform business reviews.
- Develop a demand generation engine in partnership with EMEA demand generation and global marketing teams, targeting high-value segments for double-digit regional growth.
- Lead and develop a team of Market Development Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and collaboration to maximize marketing impact and ROI.

- Developing a regional growth strategy to meet product revenue goals across EMEA.
- Translating growth strategies into regional marketing initiatives.
- Launching NPIs and driving market adoption.
- Building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to enhance regional presence.
Commercial Execution
- Implementing go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales and service teams.
- Supporting sales initiatives, execution, and enablement.
- Providing regular market updates reflecting current conditions.
Marketing Execution
- Creating marketing strategies to generate leads.
- Developing integrated campaigns to engage audiences and improve conversions.
- Producing regional content to increase brand awareness.
- Monitoring KPIs to enhance marketing performance.
People Leadership
- Managing a team of Market Development Managers for key product lines.
- Developing talent to achieve marketing and commercial excellence.
- Fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or life science discipline.
- Extensive knowledge of mass spectrometry and chromatography instrumentation, software, and services.
- Over 10 years of experience in marketing and/or business development.
- Proven success in developing marketing strategies and campaigns that drive growth.
- Ability to develop and execute go-to-market plans, adapt to changes, and meet targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including communication, problem-solving, and customer focus.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% internationally.
