JLL is seeking an EMEA MAC Lead to oversee Moves, Adds and Changes across the region. You will shape MAC strategy, define priorities, and ensure alignment with workplace planning goals.

You will directly manage two Senior MAC Project Managers and oversee a matrix of MAC Project Managers globally within a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the EMEA Operations Director, you will drive KPI reporting, vendor strategy, and continuous improvement across MAC programs, ensuring on-time delivery,

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex relocation or portfolio programs.
• Experience managing large cross-functional MAC/Facilities programs.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end MAC delivery across EMEA with KPI ownership.
• Define delivery roadmap balancing capacity, client priorities, and budgets.
• Lead governance forums and partner with senior stakeholders.
