JOB SCOPE :

Reporting to the VP Marketing & Digital EMEA, this role sits between the EMEA Instruments team and the EMEA Marketing team. In this newly strategic position, you will integrate the instruments portfolio across all lenses categories and create a bridge between the instruments and lenses teams to maximize our offer. The objective is to re-center instruments in discussions. You will develop a strategy, positioning, messaging, and Go-To Market plan to reach clients with combined instruments and lenses.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Drive Growth & Market Leadership: develop and execute a high-impact marketing strategy and budget to strengthen market position and accelerate growth.
  • Lead Product Launches & Innovation Pipeline: manage go-to-market strategies for innovative solutions, ensuring successful adoption through targeted training, communication, and roadshows.
  • Enhance Brand Visibility & Market Share: boost recognition and positioning through data-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Develop & Optimize Sales & Marketing Assets: oversee B2B and B2B2C communication tools, including sales narratives, FAQs, digital content, and in-store activations.
  • Maximize Performance & Insights: monitor key KPIs, analyze trends, and optimize continuously.
  • Foster Cross-Category Synergies: identify opportunities to integrate Instruments, Lenses, and Frames for better engagement and revenue.
  • Leverage Market Intelligence: turn insights into strategies, shaping product positioning and innovation with the Global Marketing Director in Instruments.

  • B2C & B2B Marketing Expertise: experienced in developing consumer strategies and operational B2B marketing.

  • Results-Driven: focused on delivering growth through execution and innovation.

CANDIDATE PROFILE :

  • Educational Background: Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience: 8-12 years in marketing, business development, or related fields, with full marketing mix knowledge.
  • Industry Knowledge: technical or scientific background preferred; experience in medical devices is a plus; optical knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Adaptability & Flexibility: highly adaptable across industries and roles.
  • Language Skills: fluency in English required; French is a plus but not essential.
