Terumo Neuro is offering an Apprentice FP&A Analyst EMEA position to build skills in corporate finance, data analysis, and business performance in an international setting. You will support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and regional reporting while gaining hands-on experience across FP&A and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Interest in financial analysis, data, and business performance.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
• First experience in finance, controlling, or audit is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, curiosity, and proactivity.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.

Responsabilités

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and periodic outlook processes
• Assist with variance analysis versus budget and forecast
• Contribute to financial modeling and data preparation
• Help prepare FP&A reports, presentations, and dashboards
• Maintain and update KPIs and reporting files using Excel and Power BI
• Analyze data trends and highlight key insights
• Support the FP&A team in delivering financial insights to stakeholders
• Help translate financial data into clear summaries for non-finance audiences
• Assist in the preparation and validation of sales commission data
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting tools and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Accounting, Sales, and Supply Chain
