JLL Work Dynamics in Paris, France is seeking a Car Fleet Manager to oversee strategic planning, operations, and optimization of the vehicle fleet across the EMEA region, ensuring compliance, cost control and sustainability while delivering outstanding stakeholder service.

You will manage procurement, maintenance scheduling, insurance, budgeting, reporting, vendor relationships, and fleet electrification initiatives, collaborating with facilities teams and leadership to align with ESG goals and

Qualifications

5-7 years fleet management experience in corporate or facilities context.
Experience managing multi-country operations with 100+ vehicles.
Strong knowledge of EMEA transportation regulations and compliance frameworks.
Experience with fleet management systems, telematics platforms, and data analytics.
Fluency in English and French (required for Paris-based role).
Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

Oversee fleet operations, procurement, maintenance scheduling, insurance coordination, and disposal.
Develop and implement fleet policies aligned with standards and client requirements.
Monitor utilization and drive efficiency improvements.
Negotiate with leasing, maintenance, fuel, and telematics vendors; manage SLAs.
Develop and manage annual fleet budget and track expenses.
Prepare monthly financial reports and dashboards highlighting trends and savings.
Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain fleet records; manage incidents and risk.
Lead electrification initiatives and evaluate new mobility technologies.
Collaborate with Work Dynamics leadership, facilities teams, and end-users; train drivers.
