Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Paris seeks a Car Fleet Manager to oversee the fleet across the EMEA region, ensuring cost control, safety, and sustainability. You will manage procurement, maintenance, and vendor relations while aligning policies with client needs and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong analytical skills, multi-country experience, and fluency in English and French, with a focus on electrification and ESG initiatives within a corporate real estate context.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years fleet management experience, preferably in corporate or facility management.
  • Proven track record managing multi-country operations with 100+ vehicles.
  • Strong knowledge of EMEA transportation regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with fleet management systems, telematics platforms, and data analytics.
  • Fluency in English and French (required for Paris-based role).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

Responsabilités

  • Oversee day-to-day fleet operations including procurement, maintenance scheduling, insurance coordination, and disposal.
  • Develop and implement fleet policies aligned with JLL standards and client requirements.
  • Monitor fleet utilization rates and implement efficiency optimization strategies.
  • Ensure vehicles meet safety standards and regulatory compliance across EMEA jurisdictions.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with leasing companies, maintenance providers, fuel suppliers, and telematics vendors.
  • Develop and manage annual fleet budget including capital and operational costs; track expenses and prepare reports.
  • Implement cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with local transportation regulations and environmental standards; maintain fleet records.
  • Execute fleet electrification strategies and evaluate emerging technologies; monitor ESG alignment.
  • Collaborate with leadership, facilities teams, and end-users; provide driver training; resolve issues promptly.
