Lacoste in Paris seeks a senior finance professional to lead pan‑European financial reporting for JVs and Partners across EMEA. You will be the go‑to on financial matters in cross‑functional projects, ensuring rigorous consolidation, budgeting and forecasting.

The role requires a Bac+5 in Finance with 6+ years of experience in a multinational setting, strong Excel/Hyperion skills, and a proven ability to clearly explain complex numbers.

As part of thefinance team in a significant area EMEA, you will be a key component of bothfinancial and business communication. The ideal candidate should not onlyprovide trustworthy information but also be able to articulate his/her ownvision. We are expecting the candidate to be able to evolve internally tocapture country realities.

Given the complexity of thescope (JVs and Partners), the candidate will be the point ofreference on finance matters in the various multi-disciplinary projects (closings,forecast, planning, product, margin, inventory) and we expect a strong sense ofdiligence and adapting communication skills in his/her previous experiences.

You'll Have theChance To:

Work in amulticultural team and be exposed to different business model and key functionssuch as finance, supply, marketing, HR, merchandising-planning and commercial whichwill give you the full understanding of the group.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Overlook direct markets

-Ensure financial consolidated view of Joint-Ventures (EREN Group and Italy)and Partners EMEA

-Coordinate financial communication between markets & region

-Manage financial model of all the markets

-Coordination and consolidation of the area financial closing in a timelymanner for P&L, Working Cap and Volume

-Support monthly business reviews preparation for management

-Analyze business performance and challenge variances against budget withexplanations and recommendations

-Ensure reliable harmonization of financial reporting for closing andforecasts

Dedicated regional scope

-Be responsible for Partners businesscontrolling: preparation, submission and follow-up offorecasts/budget, submission of volumes, coordination and alignment with the supplyteams, support of the sales teams

-Coordinate, support and control the volume submission process for allproduct and channel across the region with the help of controlling group,supply chain and operation teams

-Be responsible for regional office controlling: preparation, submission and follow-up of forecasts/budget in coordination with Commercial,Marketing and HR teams.

-S&OP monitoring for all markets

-Inventory monitoring to ensure proper stock management at country level

-Follow-up investment projects for stores opening and refit projects

-Follow-up on footprint and headcounts by channel

Be a business partner

-Perform model, ad hoc simulations, sensitivity analysis based on keydrivers

-Support operational teams in running their day-to-day operations

-Drive process improvement and project as identified

The candidate shall have an interest in the fashionindustry, product, figures andhave a strong sense of analysis. You are recognized for your rigor, your teamspirit, and your ability to thrive in a fast-paced industry.

Bac+5 (Master 2) University/Business School specializing in Finance >6 years of experience of which >3 years’ experience/mission in asimilar role in a multi-cultural environment
