Digital Realty is seeking a Cost Estimator to drive accurate cost planning for data center projects across the EMEA region. You will collaborate with Sales Engineering, Design & Construction, Operations, Sales, and Finance to deliver value-driven estimates.

You will build and maintain a cost database, support value engineering, and mentor teams in a fast-paced, global environment while ensuring pricing aligns with company standards and market trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction cost estimating, general contracting, or electrical contracting.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, one-line diagrams, and specifications.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Lead cost estimating efforts for data center projects across the EMEA region.
• Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates and project budgets.
• Build and continuously enhance a comprehensive cost database tailored to EMEA markets.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support value engineering and cost optimization.
