Moët Hennessy, the Wines and Spirits division of LVMH, seeks an EMEA Customer Service & Logistics Director to steer customer care excellence and end-to-end logistics across the region. You will transform transactional service into proactive, data-driven care while aligning 3PL partners and markets under a common operating model.

The role demands senior leadership, deep FMCG/logistics expertise, and a proven ability to drive cross-functional programs, cost control, and sustainable performance

Qualifications

• Educational background matching the required degree.
• 15 years of experience in Logistics or Customer Service within FMCG/luxury/beverage.
• Experience managing 3PLs, transport, or warehouse operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead Customer Care across EMEA to deliver superior experience.
• Develop understanding of customer needs to improve partnerships.
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction via structured reviews.
• Ensure excellence in order fulfilment, stock allocation and preservation.
• Work closely with Sales and Commercial teams to support growth.
• Establish visibility and governance of performance across markets.
