ERM is seeking a senior Partner for its Sustainable Product & Supply Chain team, focusing on Crop Protection and regulatory consulting. This client-facing role emphasizes business development, leadership, and growth of ERM’s services across industrial chemicals and related sectors.

The partner will shape proposals, build long-term client relationships, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes globally.

• Proven experience leading consulting engagements in sustainability and regulatory affairs.
• Strong ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into strategic client solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business development capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategic business plans to grow ERM's Sustainable Product & Supply Chain team.
• Drive double-digit profitable growth across targeted sectors through market engagement.
• Personally win projects annually with support from peers and experts.
• Maintain strong client relationships to meet business development targets.
• Direct large, multi-person projects and ensure scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Provide people leadership and mentorship to consultants on the team.
• Promote cross-sell of ERM’s services to broaden client impact.
• Collaborate with global offices to deliver integrated solutions.
