Qualifications

• Actuellement en Master en Finance, Comptabilité ou domaine connexe.
• Bonne connaissance des principes comptables (IFRS et/ou normes locales appréciées).
• Compétences analytiques et organisationnelles solides.

Responsabilités

• Assister dans le processus de clôture financière.
• Contribuer à l'amélioration du système de contrôle interne.
• Analyser les écarts par rapport au calendrier de clôture.

Join the EMEA CFO Controlling team to support the financial closing process and contribute to the improvement of the internal control system across the EMEA region.

As an intern within the EMEA CFO Controlling team, you will play an active role in the financial management and internal control of the EMEA region. This internship is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the financial operations of a leading global (re)insurance company and to develop core skills in financial controlling, internal control, and accounting in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the closing process
• Assist on the improvement of the internal control systemAssist on the preparation of detailed closing schedule covering all entities in the region
• Analyze deviations from the closing schedule
• Involvement in the task force regarding the improvement of the internal control system of the EMEA
  region
• Assist in the management of financial control for the EMEA region in a multi-standard environment

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or related fields.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS and/or local GAAP is a plus).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Proficiency in Excel and interest in financial tools (e.g., SAP, Business Objects) is appreciated.
