Description:

This role involves managing existing and developing new customer relationships within the Topical segment in EMEA. The focus is on identifying new opportunities and promoting DuPont Healthcare solutions to grow market share and profitability in the Topical segment. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with practical execution skills.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve sales and business development goals in the Topical segment aligned with company strategies.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with customers, prospects, and key industry influencers.
  3. Manage large multinational accounts and develop account plans with cross-functional teams for long-term growth.
  4. Develop new business with customers focusing on the Topical segment in EMEA.
  5. Manage a pipeline of opportunities aligned with strategic growth targets.
  6. Identify and develop solutions to customer problems, leading to new business and revenue, documented in Salesforce.
  7. Maintain thorough knowledge of products and applications in Topical.
  8. Negotiate pricing, supply agreements, and credit terms effectively.
  9. Demonstrate sales excellence and motivate teams to excel.
  10. Analyze customer needs, industry trends, and provide strategic insights.
  11. Share market intelligence with internal teams to promote revenue growth.
  12. Provide monthly sales forecasts.
  13. Leverage DuPont’s full capabilities across industries and products.

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

  1. Master’s Degree in Pharma solutions or a related field.
  2. Experience in Pharma and/or Medical Devices applications within the Topical segment, including sales, marketing, or technical service.
  3. Strong technical background or process expertise in Topical applications is advantageous.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  6. Positive attitude, resilience in fast-paced environments.
  7. Results-driven with a passion for customer success.
  8. Experience with Salesforce is beneficial.
  9. Experience with trade shows, conferences, and other channels.
  10. Willingness to travel up to 50% across EMEA.
  11. Languages: English required; additional European languages (German, French, Spanish) preferred.
  12. Location: Home-based in Germany, Belgium, France, Spain, or other relevant EMEA countries.
