Job summary

Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom is seeking a Logistics & 3PL Performance Manager to oversee the operational performance of a pharmaceutical distribution network in France. You will manage an external logistics partner across warehousing, fulfilment, distribution and transport to pharmacies, hospitals and international markets.

Qualifications

Experience managing third-party logistics providers.
Experience in regulated pharmaceutical or healthcare environments.
Advanced Excel skills and data analytics.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day performance of the external logistics provider.
Lead governance reviews and senior-level steering forums.
Coordinate investigation and resolution of logistics incidents.
Monitor service levels and performance targets.
Manage budgeting and cost controls for warehousing and transportation.
Drive continuous improvement across the distribution network.
Develop and maintain dashboards for logistics performance.
