Axon is seeking an Embedded Technical Account Manager for Counter-UAS in Paris. You will be the in-country technical face for the customer, guiding deployments of DedroneTracker.AI and RF sensor systems, and coordinating with Dedrone PSO, Sales Engineering, Product, and R&D to align on roadmaps and customer outcomes.

You will travel 20–30% within France and nearby Europe, with on-site support 3 days per week, fostering strategic partnerships and ensuring operational success in protecting life

Qualifications

• French citizenship is required to work with sensitive government data.
• Bilingual French and English; professional written and spoken English.
• 5+ years in IT, network engineering, RF/sensor field engineering, or technical deployment.
• Experience with law enforcement, defense, or government entities preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight when embedded with the customer.
• Strong IT background: Linux/Windows Server, basic SQL, certificate management.
• On-prem, offline/air‑gapped, and cloud deployment models.
• Active Directory / Entra ID and identity integration patterns.
• API integrations and SaaS application administration.
• Tailor technical discussions to varied audiences.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary technical liaison between Dedrone and the customer program office and site-level operational owners.
• Provide hands-on field support across deployment: hardware reception, sensor commissioning, mast/tripod setup, network validation, C2 configuration, acceptance testing.
• Assist customer in inventory management of Dedrone hardware across sites in France and overseas.
• Maintain RF library currency and coordinate with R&D on signatures and DedroneDNA updates.
• Ensure service levels and contractual obligations are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams to surface customer insights and drive product improvements.
