Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Software or Systems Quality Assurance.
• Proven proficiency in A-SPICE and ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Methodical approach, strong analytical skills, and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to support technical teams through clear guidance.
• Fluent business-level English.
• Experience conducting audits, writing processes, and communicating daily in English.
• Knowledge of software quality assurance, internal and external audits, and document management.
• Knowledge of code and design reviews, requirements management, and escalation tracking.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the implementation and monitoring of the quality assurance policy across all projects.
• Draft operational processes and create templates to align teams with the expected standards.
• Verify the effective implementation of defined processes in practice.
• Drive deliverable compliance through regular audits and document reviews.
• Assess projects internally and monitor compliance with A-SPICE and ISO 9001 standards.
• Prepare quality assurance reports for management and manage escalations when necessary.
• Support Project Managers, Team Leaders, and engineers in adopting quality requirements.
• Contribute to training internal staff and promoting a quality culture.
• Provide support during external assessor activities and audits.
