Job summary

Sorontar in Île-de-France is seeking an embedded software engineer to develop software for weapon systems and firing stations, covering both algorithms and interfaces. You will work with electronics, GNC, computer vision and data, and with field operators to shape the user journey of our systems.

You will be involved across the lifecycle from design to testing, and the software will improve after each test. As the company grows, you will help build the embedded software team.

Qualifications

Experience developing embedded software for vehicles across the full software life cycle (design to operation).
Experience with real-time systems and interfaces used by field operators.
Proficiency in French and English.
Defense domain experience counts and is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop embedded software for weapon systems and firing stations, covering algorithms and interfaces.
Collaborate with electronics, GNC, computer vision and data teams; work with field operators to shape user journeys.
Involve across design, development, integration and testing; improve software after each test.
