Job summary

Sorontar is seeking a GNC engineer to design and implement guidance, navigation, and control for our advanced weapon systems. You will build simulations, develop algorithms and work alongside the software team to run them on embedded hardware.

You will test and refine models through campaign testing, leveraging flight simulation, sensor fusion and control design. Proficiency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• You have designed guidance, navigation or control algorithms for aerospace or defense systems.
• You are comfortable with flight simulation, sensor fusion and control design, and you can turn your work into code that runs on embedded hardware.
• You work in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Design guidance, navigation and control algorithms for Sorontar's weapon systems and missions.
• Build simulations, develop algorithms and collaborate with the software team to run them on embedded hardware.
• Test campaigns regularly to improve models and algorithms and iterate based on results.
