Socomec is seeking a seasoned software engineer to design, develop and enhance an embedded Linux-based gateway solution. You will work on back-end and front-end features, with a focus on performance, quality and maintainability within a microservices-oriented architecture.

You will collaborate with Firmware, IoT, Laboratory, Product Marketing and Design teams to ensure consistency across technical interfaces and products in the portfolio.

Formación

• Master’s degree in computer science or software development.
• At least five years of software development experience with back-end and front-end.
• Proficiency in Rust, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, PostgreSQL/SQL, MQTT, HTML/CSS.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse functional specifications and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain back-end and front-end features in an embedded Linux environment.
• Perform unit testing and contribute to integration testing to ensure software quality.
• Contribute to software architecture decisions for robust, maintainable solutions.
• Integrate products into the software platform and drive technical evolution.
• Collaborate with Firmware, IoT, Laboratory, Product Marketing and Design teams.
