Job summary

Arm is seeking a highly motivated software engineering intern to join the Cloud Solutions team in Sophia Antipolis, France. The internship focuses on firmware projects within embedded software and offers hands-on experience across Power Management, Trusted Firmware, and bootloaders.

The role targets final-year Master’s/Engineering students or PhD candidates for a 6‑month internship starting in 2027, with opportunities to learn, contribute to open‑source work, and develop new skills.

Qualifications

• Must be in the final year of a Master's or Engineering degree, or pursuing a PhD, for a 6‑month final‑year internship.
• Possess excellent C skills.
• Knowledge of C++ or Rust is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Firmware integration (Power Management, Trusted Firmware, bootloaders).
• Participate in open-source software development from design to testing and support.
• Work on solutions that build on existing knowledge and allow learning of new skills.
• Seek enhancements/automation and trial new tools.
