Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine user experiences.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma.
• Facilitate co-creation workshops to align teams on a common vision.
• Create and implement UX tools like personas, user journey maps, and workflow diagrams.
• Work closely with developers to ensure smooth design handoff.

Qualifications:
