What you’ll do

1. Plan and execute the entire email marketing strategy.
2. Create email sequences for goals like sales, activation, and retention.
3. Develop and schedule various email campaigns tailored to different audience segments and objectives.
4. Manage domain reputation, spam filters, unsubscribe processes, and feedback management.
5. Design content plans, mailing lists, campaign setups, and templates.
6. Ensure smooth delivery and automation of email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp.
7. Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics.
8. Engage with Replika directly to gather feedback and insights.

What we’re looking for

1. At least 2 years of experience in email marketing, preferably with B2C subscription apps.
2. Experience managing CRM systems and working with user databases.
3. Technical proficiency with email marketing tools like Mailchimp.
4. Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, Amplitude, Tableau.
5. Ability to analyze campaign data and understand how CRM marketing impacts various metrics.
6. Proven experience in creating sales, activation, and retention campaigns.
7. Experience managing multilingual CRM platforms across multiple markets or products.
8. Interest or experience in AI-driven content personalization and automation.
9. Strong collaboration skills within a growth-focused team.
10. Motivation to innovate in a competitive landscape alongside companies like OpenAI and Character AI.
11. Outcome-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach.
12. Comfort working in emerging niches, embracing rapid innovation and competition.
