Luxaviation One in Paris (Levallois-Perret) is seeking a Key Account Executive to grow the commercial team.

You will sell and organize on-demand private jet charters, manage missions from first contact to flight completion, and build long-term relationships with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals and corporate clients. The role offers exposure to high-end clientele in a premium environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in engineering, aviation, or commercial studies.
• Previous experience in business aviation charter sales is required.
• Dual expertise in sales and aviation operations is a strong asset.
• Energetic and entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Develop the customer portfolio through proactive prospecting actions.
• Identify and target prospective clients using industry tools and networks.
• Initiate and maintain relationships through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Build commercial offers and quotations for End Users (UHNWI and corporate).
• Negotiate terms and contracting for tailor-made charter services.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, flight and crew briefings.
• Organize and plan charter flights with Luxaviation Group or partners.
• Oversee mission preparation and flight delivery from A to Z.
• Welcome VIP passengers ensuring premium client experience.
• Manage on-call duties and coordinating with internal teams.
• Oversee invoicing and payment follow-up for operations.
