KONE México is seeking a service-oriented professional to maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive on-site communication and precise reporting. You will ensure safety, asset performance, and timely reporting of work performed, while fostering strong relationships with customers and end-users on site.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety instructions, effective workload planning, and participation in continual improvements within the PCM organization.

• On-site safety awareness and ability to follow safety instructions.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for customer satisfaction through quality of service and proactive on-site communication (callout ETA, job performed).
• Accurate, real-time back reporting of work performed at equipment level to ensure e-Optimum and Customer Notification accuracy.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, on-site contact persons and end-users, applying the Ambassador attitude.
• Accountable for equipment safety and performance and for managing the site environment during service operations.
• Identify site risks and communicate them to supervisor; take immediate action on high risk and apply escalation procedures.
• Identify unplanned service repairs based on equipment needs and perform them with supervisor approval if not covered by contract.
