Position: Hardware Team Leader - Innovation [F / H]

Located in Bobigny, our Research & Innovation teams are seeking a Hardware Team Leader to manage a team of engineers and contribute to the development of breakthrough technologies.

About the Role:
  1. Manage a team of engineers and technicians, overseeing career development.
  2. Propose budgets and allocate team activities based on project needs; monitor progress and goal achievement.
  3. Ensure technical excellence within the team through knowledge sharing and training.
  4. Guarantee the robustness of each design.
  5. Contribute to the development of roadmaps.
  6. Evaluate the relevance of de-standardization requests.
  7. Participate in defining, deploying, and improving engineering processes, methodologies, and tools for innovation projects.
Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Mechatronics with solid knowledge in electronics and power electronics, and successful experience in R&I/R&D environments.

Knowledge of electronic components; familiarity with SoC is a plus.

Strong teamwork skills, effective collaboration across disciplines, and leadership abilities are essential.

Passion for innovation and curiosity are key assets in this advanced research environment.
