Sécheron Hasler Group in France seeks an Industrial Coordination Manager to join our team. Based in Lyon, you will participate in the design phase to understand constraints, define and validate manufacturing processes (assembly, testing, quality control), and maintain up-to-date manufacturing documentation (BOMs, routings, procedures).

You will coordinate interactions between R&D, production, quality and procurement teams.

Qualifications

5+ years in design office or electronics manufacturing environment.
Strong ability to produce clear, structured technical documentation.
Fluent knowledge of electronics, schematics, components and IPC standards.

Responsabilités

Participate in the design phase to understand and integrate constraints.
Define and validate manufacturing processes (assembly, testing, quality control).
Maintain up-to-date manufacturing documentation (BOMs, routings, procedures).
Coordinate interactions between R&D, production, quality and procurement teams.
Identify and resolve technical issues during production.
Monitor EMS manufacturing performance: capacity, quality, cost, delivery.
Define and coordinate assembly and testing phases for the final product in Prague unit.
Manage and monitor orders between Prague and EMS plant based on sales forecasts.
Lead prototyping, pre-series and ramp-up phases of new products.
