Sécheron SA in France seeks an Industrial Coordination Manager to align design, manufacturing, and testing across R&D, production, quality and procurement. You will coordinate interactions between teams, define processes, and oversee documentation for electronics products.

The role requires 5+ years in a design/production environment, an Electronics Engineering degree, and fluency in French and English. You will engage with Prague manufacturing and EMS partners, driving prototyping, pre-series

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in design office or electronics product manufacturing environment.
• Electronics Engineering degree required.
• Experience as Industrialization/Methods Engineer or Industrial Transfer Manager.
• Experience managing technical projects with planning, coordination and reporting.
• Clear, structured technical documentation skills.
• Strong electronics knowledge including schematics, components and IPC/CE/RoHS.

Responsabilités

• Participate in design phase to understand constraints.
• Define and validate manufacturing processes (assembly, testing, QC).
• Maintain up-to-date manufacturing documentation (BOMs, routings).
• Coordinate R&D, production, quality and procurement interactions.
• Identify and resolve issues during production.
• Monitor EMS production performance: capacity, quality, cost, delivery.
• Define/coordinate assembly and testing phases for final product (Prague unit).
• Manage orders between Prague and EMS plant based on forecasts.
• Lead prototyping, pre-series and ramp-up of new product.
