Sécheron Hasler Group in France (Lyon) seeks an Industrial Coordination Manager to align R&D, manufacturing and quality across Europe. You define manufacturing processes, validate assembly and testing, and drive documentation and traceability.

You must have 5+ years in design/electronics manufacturing, a Electronics Engineering degree, and experience in industrialization or transfer with CAD skills (Altium, Eagle, SolidWorks). Fluent French and English required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a design office or electronic product manufacturing environment.
• Degree in Electronics Engineering.
• Experience as Industrialization / Methods Engineer and/or Industrial Transfer Manager.
• Experience managing technical projects with planning, coordination and reporting.
• Ability to produce clear, structured technical documentation.
• Strong knowledge of electronics: schematics, components, IPC, CE, RoHS.
• Understanding of PCB assembly, testing, quality control, traceability.
• Ability to read BOMs, mechanical drawings and manufacturing files.
• Experience with CAD tools Altium, Eagle, SolidWorks.
• Basic knowledge of automation and testing with test benches, microcontroller programming and validation scripts.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Participate in the design phase to understand and integrate constraints.
• Define and validate manufacturing processes (assembly, testing, quality control).
• Maintain manufacturing documentation UpToDate (BOMs, routings, procedures).
• Coordinate interactions between R&D, production, quality and procurement teams.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during production.
• Monitor EMS manufacturing performance: capacity, quality, cost and delivery.
• Define and coordinate assembly/testing phases for the final product in Prague unit.
• Manage and monitor orders between Prague and EMS plant based on annual forecasts.
• Lead prototyping, pre-series and ramp-up phases of the new product.

We are looking for a skilled Industrial Coordination Manager to join our team. The role is based in France, with a French employment contract and local employment conditions.

Main Tasks

• Participate in the design phase to understand and integrate constraints.
• Define and validate manufacturing processes (assembly, testing, quality control).
• Maintain manufacturing documentation UpToDate (BOMs, routings, procedures).
• Coordinate interactions between R&D, production, quality and procurement teams.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during production.
• Participate in monitoring EMS manufacturing performance in terms of production capacity, quality, cost and delivery.
• Define and coordinate implementation of assembly and testing phases for the final product in our Prague production unit.
• Manage and monitor orders between Prague and the EMS manufacturing plant based on annual sales forecasts.
• Lead prototyping, pre-series and ramp-up phases of the new product.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a design office or electronic product manufacturing environment.
• Degree in Electronics Engineering.
• Previous experience as an Industrialization / Methods Engineer and/or Industrial Transfer Manager.
• Experience managing technical projects, including planning, coordination, and reporting.
• Ability to produce clear, structured, and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Strong knowledge of electronics, including electronic schematics, components, and industry standards (CE, RoHS, IPC, etc.).
• Good understanding of industrial processes, including PCB assembly, testing, quality control, and traceability.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including BOMs, mechanical drawings, and manufacturing files.
• Experience working with CAD tools such as Altium, Eagle, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of automation and testing, including test benches, microcontroller programming, and validation scripts.
• Fluent in both French and English.
