Electrical Supervisor

Mons, Belgium

€60,000-€80,000 + Rotation Package

This leading contractor is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical operations on a large-scale Data Centre project. You will have full responsibility for managing installation, inspection of electrical and I&C installations. A fantastic opportunity to supervise and guide site personnel to ensure completion of duties to company quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of various subcontractors, foreman, and chargehands.
• Establish and adjust work timelines to meet the construction schedule for the project.
• Take responsibility for health and safety on site and lead by example.
• Organize workers, plant, machinery, and materials.
• Supervise construction activities.
• Coordinate with all other crafts working on a job site to ensure smooth transitions.
• Identify materials and equipment that may be required.
• Ensure construction is carried out accurately, following plans and specifications.
• Conduct quality control inspections on project sites.
• Ensure that contractor activities are properly coordinated.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a mechanical or electrical contracting environment is essential.
• Experience leading large teams, motivating the team to reach key milestones.
• Data Centre experience is preferred.
