What You'll Be Doing

  • Overseeing electrical maintenance and repair activities to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of electricians.
  • Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues promptly.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

What Are We Looking For

  • At least five (5) years electrical experience in a heavy industrial setting, supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in electrical systems and maintenance practices in a heavy industrial setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
