Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee all phases of electrical projects, from initiation to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to regulations. The role involves collaboration with clients, vendors, and a multidisciplinary team, including engineers, electricians, and welders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Development:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Resource Management:

  • Estimate requirements for materials, labor, subcontractors, and equipment.

Project Execution:

  • Lead project teams, ensuring collaboration and effective communication among members.
  • Coordinate with other trades to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into the overall project.

Quality Control:

  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure timelines and goals are met.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure all work meets or exceeds standards.

Financial Management:

  • Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Project management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
