Airswift is seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to lead all electrical installation and commissioning activities on a data centre project in Marseille.

You will oversee HV/LV distribution, switchgear, transformers, UPS and PDUs, coordinate with HVAC/mechanical teams, manage subcontractors, ensure safety, schedule and quality from installation through handover.

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10-15 years' experience in electrical construction management.
• HV/LV systems experience.
• Generator systems experience.
• Protection and control systems experience.
• Data centre power infrastructure knowledge.
• Proven experience coordinating with HVAC and mechanical teams on complex projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead all onsite electrical construction activities from installation through commissioning and handover.
• Manage electrical subcontractors and site teams to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
• Oversee installation of HV/LV distribution systems, switchgear, transformers, UPS, and PDUs.
• Coordinate with mechanical/HVAC teams to integrate electrical systems with CRAH/CRAC units, cooling towers, and BMS controls.
• Support testing and commissioning of HVAC equipment from an electrical perspective.
• Participate in project planning, sequencing, and execution strategies; chair coordination meetings; review method statements, risk assessments, and technical submittals.
• Monitor project costs, man-hours, and productivity; identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to lead all electrical installation and commissioning activities data centre project in Marseille.

The successful candidate will oversee electrical construction delivery, manage subcontractors, coordinate with HVAC and mechanical teams, and ensure works are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

This position requires strong experience in data centre construction, high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems, and a solid understanding of HVAC systems and their integration with critical power infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Construction Management:

• Lead all onsite electrical construction activities from installation through commissioning and handover.
• Manage electrical subcontractors and site teams to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
• Oversee installation of:
• HV/LV distribution systems
• Switchgear
• Transformers
• UPS systems
• PDUs

HVAC & MEP Coordination:

• Work closely with mechanical and HVAC teams to coordinate installation activities.
• Ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with:
• CRAH/CRAC units
• Cooling towers
• BMS and controls systems
• Support testing and commissioning of HVAC equipment from an electrical perspective.

Project Delivery:

• Participate in project planning, sequencing, and execution strategies.
• Chair coordination meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Review method statements, risk assessments, and technical submittals.
• Monitor project costs, man-hours, and productivity.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project schedules.
