You will work with a multidivisional team across four sites to support Airbus initiatives like sustainability and decarbonization.

The role requires strong electrical engineering expertise, a proven project-management track record, and autonomy, with fluency in French and English and willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience in electrical engineering.
• Proven track record in project and program management in industrial settings.
• Expertise in electricity supply and power distribution systems.
• Experience in managing customer and supplier relationships across matrix orgs.
• High autonomy, fluency in French and English, and willingness to undertake regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive the electrical master plan for Airbus Commercial sites in Toulouse.
• Conduct organizational, technical, financial, and scheduling feasibility studies.
• Define and validate overall schedules and budgets for upfront construction projects.
• Manage supplier and internal customer relationships to secure project buy-in.
• Contribute to future investments and maintain operational continuity through robust project delivery.
