Le candidat idéal aura au moins 15 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de l'énergie, avec une expertise en systèmes haute tension et des compétences en gestion d'équipe. Ce poste offre l'opportunité de travailler sur des projets diversifiés et de contribuer à l'optimisation des opérations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 ans d'expérience professionnelle, dont 12 ans dans le secteur de l'énergie.
  • Au moins 10 ans dans un rôle électrique, expérience en gestion d'équipe appréciée.

Responsabilités

  • Promouvoir les politiques HSEQ et assurer la conformité des installations.
  • Superviser les activités de maintenance et optimiser les stratégies.
  • Agir en tant que point focal technique pour les questions électriques.

We are looking for an "ELECTRICAL LEADER (M/F)" for one of our clients, to be based in Ile-de-France (France) for a 12-month contract (potentially renewable).

"ELECTRICAL LEADER (M/F)". What will your responsibilities and missions be?

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently promote and exhibit exemplary conduct in alignment with HSEQ policies, company ethics, and the Code of Conduct
  • Ensure that all facilities are fully certified and comply with relevant standards and regulations
  • Validate the strategy for maintenance planning and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Oversee the implementation of maintenance activities related to Safety Critical Elements

Electrical Maintenance

  • Support and ensure the rollout of operations and maintenance strategies aligned with Field Operations objectives
  • Approve maintenance philosophies and strategic approaches—including spare parts management, maintenance planning, and outsourcing—and provide oversight on their execution and performance
  • Identify design-related issues and propose appropriate corrective solutions
  • Conduct reviews of equipment obsolescence and recommend necessary updates
  • Monitor the quality, quantity, and usage of spare parts to guarantee timely availability
  • Ensure maintenance engineering practices contribute effectively to asset availability, maintainability, and cost control
  • Promote and monitor the use of the Computerized Maintenance and Inspection Management System both onshore and on-site, ensuring data accuracy and reliability
  • Coordinate technical support across maintenance disciplines to address and resolve site-specific technical challenges
  • Prepare, develop, and monitor periodic reports for the electrical maintenance discipline
  • Review and provide feedback on engineering documentation related to maintenance activities
  • Participate in gap analyses between contractor designs and company specifications, in coordination with the Technical Department, when requested
  • Contribute to the development of the commissioning strategy, ensuring alignment with operational goals
  • Review and validate Operational Test Procedures
  • Assess and evaluate the performance of contractor personnel involved in electrical maintenance scopes
  • Serve as the technical focal point for electrical-related matters within assigned projects, scopes of work, or contracts
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts at Discipline Headquarters to align technical standards and solutions

What profile and skills are Required for this "ELECTRICAL LEADER M/F" Position?

Technical Requirements

  • Education:

Minimum of a BAC+2 diploma; a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred

  • Language Skills:

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory

  • Professional Experience:

1- A minimum of 15 years of professional experience

2- At least 12 years of experience in the energy or industrial sector

3- A minimum of 10 years in an electrical role; experience in team management is considered an asset

4- Strong expertise in High Voltage (HV) systems and HV drives

Prior experience working in a multidisciplinary project environment is preferred
