Dixstone is seeking an experienced Electrical Lead to join their HQ Maintenance Technical Support team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring reliability in power generation and distribution, supporting drilling operations across a fleet of jackups and rigs in West and Central Africa.

Candidates should have an Electrical Engineering degree and over 10 years of experience, particularly in drilling rig electrical systems. Proficiency in major OEMs and PLC platforms is essential. The position also requires effective communication skills in English, with French being a strong advantage.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in drilling operations, electrical maintenance, including supervisory roles.
Comprehensive understanding of drilling rig electrical systems.
Hands-on experience with major OEMs like ABB, Siemens, and Schneider.

Responsabilités

Develop and implement electrical preventive maintenance programs.
Lead failure investigations on electrical equipment and drive corrective actions.
Provide remote and on-site technical support to rig electrical teams.
