Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering, ideally in offshore wind or marine energy environments.
• Design and integration expertise for floating offshore wind platforms.
• Knowledge of grid integration and power conversion with offshore electrical standards.

Responsabilités

• Work on onshore projects from Monday to Friday with remote work opportunities.
• Installation and commissioning of offshore electrical systems with troubleshooting capabilities.

Overview

IamlookingforanElectricalandInstrumentationEngineerforourclientintheRenewables/OffshoreWindsectortostartworkinPortugal,thisworkcanbeforaPermanentorTemporarybasisbasedonpreference.TheworkwillbeOnshore,Monday-Fridaywiththeopportunityofremotework.

Ideal Design Experience

• HighVoltage(HV)Systems,includingdynamicpowercablesandgridconnectioninfrastructure
• GridComplianceandCertification,ensuringsystemsmeetregulatorystandards
• WindTurbineGenerator(WTG)ElectricalSystems,coveringtransformers,controlsystems,andrelatedcomponents
• LowVoltage(LV)Systems,suchasnavigationaids,lighting,andalarmsystems
• ControlandInstrumentation,supportingautomation,monitoring,andoperationalefficiency

Additional Experience

• 5+yearsinelectricalandinstrumentationengineering,ideallywithinoffshorewindormarineenergyenvironments
• Designandintegrationexpertiseforfloatingoffshorewindplatforms,includingpowerdistributionandcontrolsystems
• Knowledgeofgridintegrationandpowerconversion,withexperienceinoffshoreelectricalstandardsandcertificationprocesses
• Hands-onexperiencewithinstrumentationandSCADAsystems,usedforreal-timemonitoringandcontrolofoffshoreassets
• Installationandcommissioningofoffshoreelectricalsystems,withstrongtroubleshootingcapabilitiesinmarineenvironments
