A global infrastructure leader is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join the ITER Project team. The role involves overseeing subcontractors, negotiating project terms, and ensuring cost control and compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate holds a BSc/BEng in Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering and has over 5 years of site supervision experience. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of French is recommended.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Site Works supervision role.
  • Experience in the installation of instrumentation and control equipment is a plus.
  • Ability to work within a multicultural team.

Responsabilités

Job Description:

We are looking for Electrical Engineer (M/F) to join our team on the ITER Project

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating subcontractors in charge of equipment installation during the design, qualification, construction, and commissioning phases.

  • Negotiating project and product terms with vendors and subcontractors

  • Developing the I&C program in collaboration with the Planner Officer.

  • Completing Method Statements and construction procedures in cooperation with Site Manager and other departments.

  • Monitoring on-site work and coordinate with other stakeholders.

  • Cost control

  • Supervising manufacturing process

  • Monitoring deliveries.

Skills and Experience:
  • BSc/BEng in Industrial Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering

  • 5+ years in Site Works supervision role

  • Experience in the installation of instrumentation and control equipment would be a plus

  • Experience in the nuclear field would be a plus

  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English; French is recommended

  • Category B driving license

  • Ability to work within a multicultural team

  • Proactive individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to anticipate on-site needs

  • Highly motivated, organized, and meticulous

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
