Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and coordinating complex transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of E-Systems technical workflow and interfaces.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English; German is an asset.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.

Responsabilités

• Define the strategy for the projects portfolio to meet E-Systems transformation ambition.
• Ensure funding availability and steer projects to the approved business case.
• Lead portfolio setup, ramp-up, execution and closure on time and cost.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across procurement, engineering, and manufacturing.
• Maintain strong customer alignment and satisfaction throughout projects.
• Provide leadership to teams and governance for effective staffing.
