Job summary

SBM Offshore N.V. is seeking a Commissioning Electrical Superintendent to oversee construction and commissioning activities on site. You will coordinate daily operations, lead inspections and tests, and ensure HSSE and quality standards are met while managing changes and guiding the discipline team throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and relevant on-site leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience in construction & commissioning processes within the discipline.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams on site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction and commissioning activities for the Electrical discipline.
• Coordinate daily site operations, workforce management, materials handling and equipment usage.
• Lead site inspections, tests and verifications of systems and equipment.
• Manage changes to plans or scopes during the project lifecycle.
• Maintain HSSE and quality records and monitor progress against schedule.
• Mentor commissioning supervisors and team members to uphold standards.
