Responsibilities (Text Only)
- Perform assigned basic tasks (e.g., making rounds, recording building observations, taking measurements) with varying levels of supervision.
- Under supervision, perform basic monitoring and inspection of critical environment-related facility equipment (e.g., controls, HVAC, mechanical systems), building, and grounds for unsafe or abnormal conditions.
- Learn to operate all systems and equipment safely and professionally, understanding all associated risks.
- Use internal computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track equipment assets and complete work order requests.
- Assist safely in emergency monitoring and response to abnormal conditions following emergency operating procedures (EOPs).
- Perform various maintenance types (planned, predictive, corrective) as assigned, following methods of procedure (MOPs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs), under supervision if needed.
- Document tasks and issues encountered during maintenance and troubleshooting, escalate as appropriate.
- Provide escorts for third-party contractors, vendors, and service providers on site based on severity procedures.
- Understand, follow, and ensure safety and security requirements (e.g., JHAs, EH&S, toolbox talks), and adhere to business processes and procedures to ensure work is performed safely, with quality, and reliably, in compliance with laws and company policies.

Qualifications (Text Only)
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements, including Microsoft Cloud Background Check every two years.
- Preferred: Technical services experience in high-availability environments or related fields, or an associate's degree or higher trade certification, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in English communication skills.
- Ability to pass security screenings as required.
