Qualifications :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical and Automation Expert to join our team in Paris . The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and scheduling operational work related to contract delivery, ensuring adherence to contract terms, customer satisfaction, and alignment with company objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule operational contract delivery activities to ensure effective execution of contract terms and timely fulfillment of obligations.
  • Liaise with internal teams and customers to coordinate activities, facilitate smooth contract execution, and address any issues.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding contract-related inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve operational challenges related to contract delivery.
  • Coordinate operative resources, ensuring the availability of the correct personnel, competences, tools, parts, and other resources.
  • Optimize inventory management for maintenance parts and supplies to support ongoing and future maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Support the contract management team by providing relevant data, reports, and insights to facilitate decision-making.
  • Monitor contract performance, identifying and implementing improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in contract management, project coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and automation systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
